Last week LS2 did a DLO about Shearers Strike in Australia.the shearers were paid unfairly
with the sheep they sheared,they worked in horrible condition with little room to move about.
The shearers wanted equal share to others that got more monre, They went on strike for fair pay.

Today is Tongan language week and group 5B hads been working on our tongan words problems we have been doing adding .
in vava’u i went to school everyday and it’s called vava’u side school i like going to school there becuse i get to go to the shop’s my favourite food at the shop is chow it is yummy i like and it is so spicy.
For Literacy we have been using our Inquiry knowledge to help us write questions that we might have asked Reverend Samuel Marsden had we had the chance to meet him and talk to him. This was a fun activity because we took on the roles of Samuel Marsden and the Time Traveller’s Podcast team. It was like we experienced actually meeting him.
We learned that when you are recording a podcast expression is everything! It makes what we have to say more engaging.
